The Ella

The Ella is a reservation-only restaurant that offers an innovative tapas menu inspired by local flavors and modern interpretations of recipes from the Mediterranean cuisine. Our culinary team is proud to offer colorful dishes that reflect freshness and simplicity. The Ella features an inspired selection of tapas that start with seasonally fresh, locally grown ingredients.  This provides a wonderful opportunity for our guests to explore our menu.

We feature modern interpretations of the Mediterranean, served in the small-plate style known as “tapas.”  The Ella’s talented culinary team creates original and inspired dishes that start with seasonally fresh ingredients and traditional techniques that are presented in an innovative way.

The Ella features a compelling selection of martinis featuring Svedka vodka along with wines hand selected by our sommelier. In addition, enjoy a new drink combination refined by our resident mixologist, trained in the art and craft of mixing.
