On July 28, 2019, Robert and Maggie Shahnazarian, owners of NOOR, were the recipients of the Congressional Leadership Award as Business Persons of the Year by Congresswoman Judy Chu. This award honors leaders in the 27th District’s 19 communities that include Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena, Glendora, and Arcadia. Robert, Maggie and the team at NOOR graciously thank Congresswoman Judy Chu for this recognition and the community leaders for nominating them as Business Persons of the Year.
