We’re excited to announce that NOOR will be reopening for Private Events on April 15, 2021. Los Angeles moved into the Orange Tier on April 5 and as a result NOOR is officially permitted to resume Private Events with the following modifications which are designed to reduce risk. This includes both a defined guest list and assigned seating along with your guests providing proof of vaccination or negative test within 72 hours of the event from all guests and Vendors.
