So why were the guests at Jasmid’s celebration in Noor’s Ella Ballroom so shocked? The simple answer is that they had been invited to a particular event thinking it was one thing, and then part way through the evening they realized it was something else entirely! It was a beautiful spring day in Pasadena for Ally & Eddy’s Wedding with an azure blue sky and a gentle breeze on the Noor Terrace. These two lovebirds spoke their vows in a perfect ceremony by the terrace fountain with a teary eyed bridal party looking on. Their wedding color palette of shades of pink, blush and ivory was gorgeous, just take a look at their stunning bouquet’s and centerpieces pictured below by Violette’s Flowers. Jean & Jerry’s Wedding was full of blush, pink, white and gold. Sparkling with love and cute artistic touches like their custom designed cartoon characters that appeared on invitations, RSVP’s & welcome signs. This delightful couple filled Noor’s Sofia Ballroom with their sweetness, forgoing wedding favors for a donation to Hands Together, an organization that helps the poor and vulnerable in Haiti. Who hasn’t ever looked at the magnificent peacock and marveled at the iridescent shades of blue and green in their feathers? Our creative couple Rose & Enrique and their Wedding Planner took that a step further and incorporated not only a peacock color palette but also threw in some actual peacock feathers. They featured in Rose’s bouquet, on their cake, and even had peacock feather masks for the reception. What a brilliant idea to turn to nature for your wedding colors! One year ago today Eric & Paul’s Wedding was celebrated at Noor in our Ella Ballroom, so on their 1st Anniversary we are sending them our love and best wishes! Eric & Paul’s Wedding was beautiful and emotional, filled with love, tears and laughter. They graciously honored cultural traditions by including a Chinese Tea Ceremony to honor their elders and performed a beautiful first dance as a couple!
