Sweetheart Table Inspiration From Real NOOR Weddings

Great Gatsby Sweetheart Table

You might decide a top table is for you with the whole bridal party at your side throughout your wedding reception, but a sweetheart table will allow you a few stolen moments alone and will also create a host of romantic photo opportunities. Here at NOOR we’ve seen the full range of sweetheart table designs from pure and simple, rustic and romantic to lavish floral affairs. Planning your sweetheart table can be so much fun and an excuse to splurge on a few extra details you may not want to include for your whole wedding reception. Draped greenery perhaps, lavish table linen and candelabras or a full on floral backdrop. You can also include some of the decor from your wedding ceremony. Our couples will often reuse their ceremony arches or backdrops for their sweetheart tables.

We just love this black sparkly table linen and how it compliments the delicate pastel colors in the floral design at Jessica & Justin’s Wedding. Photographer: Sam Lim Studio | Florist: Rosalie Floral & Event Design.

Tufted chairs, or in this case, a tufted sweetheart settee really adds a touch of vintage class to the proceedings. Tara & Eli’s sweetheart table was simply stunning with their tufted settee and delicate white florals with lashings of greenery. Sometimes it’s all about the flowers, as in Leah & Jon’s simple and stunning sweetheart table with white satin linen and a floral arrangement to die for. Photography: Jenny Smith & Co | Wedding Coordinator: Mayberry Events | Florist: Enchanted Garden Floral Design.

Jenny & Will’s silver table linen offset their posy and bouquet arrangement beautifully while the gobo light backdrop tied it all in. Photography: Jovanni Photography | Wedding Coordinator: Wife of the Party | Florist: Wenfloral Design Studio.

Lauren & Maurice combined dramatic lighting, candelabras and large floral arrangements either side of their sweetheart table to ensure it was the focal point of the Ella Ballroom. The details also went perfectly with the Ella’s classic Hollywood glam decor. Photography: Jenny Smith & Co | Wedding Coordinator: Wife of the Party | Florist: Commerce Flowers.

Anita & Arby’s sweetheart table was a floral paradise which made for some wonderful photo opportunities. Photography: Rene Zadori | Wedding Coordinator: Wife of the Party | Florist: Avant Garden | Rentals: CMC Rentals | Stephanies Linens & More.
