Also, at no additional charge, you are assigned an Event Manager who will schedule and oversee your tasting and final meeting as well as serve as the point-of-contact between NOOR and your Day-Of Event Coordinator, with the purpose of executing all of the details outlined in your Banquet Event Order.

How many hours are included for a ceremony and reception, and what happens if we go over time?
Our wedding ceremony packages include one hour and our reception packages include five hours. For example, we can host your wedding ceremony from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and your reception from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, 6:00pm-11:00pm, 7:00pm-12:00am, etc. During the first half hour of your Ceremony, guests are arriving, signing your guestbook if you have one, and being seated. You would walk down the aisle 15-30 mins after we have opened Noor for your guests, leaving a 30-45 minute Ceremony for you. NOOR has no curfew restrictions in our ballrooms. There is a charge for each additional event hour over five hours and you must let your Event Manager at NOOR know by your Final Meeting, which is scheduled 14 days prior to your event.

We want to have our ceremony and reception in the same ballroom, how does the transition work?
Once your indoor Ceremony is over, your guests will move to the foyer and patio for Cocktail Hour. Simultaneously, your Events Team at NOOR will close the ballroom doors to transform your Ceremony space into your Reception. We kindly ask that your Florist remain for the transformation, so they can handle the responsibilities of moving your floral arrangements to their places on the banquet tables as centerpieces.

Yes, NOOR is 100% ADA compliant. From convenient handicap parking on the top level of the parking structure to ADA accessible restrooms, NOOR welcomes people of all disabilities. Parking is so easy. When you are on Colorado Boulevard you make a right onto Marengo at the corner of BJ’s restaurant. The moment you turn right you will see a walking bridge above you that you will use to get to NOOR. Make your second right into the Paseo garage. When you turn into the garage the walking bridge will be over the roof of your car. Park on the roof, walk over the walking bridge and you are right at NOOR.
Questions to Ask Wedding Venues #13

Yes! NOOR offers Rehearsal Dinners also. Please feel free to submit your rehearsal dinner inquiry and instantly receive our menus and pricing.
Questions to Ask Wedding Venues #14
What happens if our ceremony is booked for the NOOR terrace but it rains?
By Tuesday of the week of your event, you will need to decide whether you would like to continue your Ceremony outside or move it inside the ballroom where your Reception will be. If you move your Ceremony inside, once the Ceremony is over your guests will go to Cocktail Hour and we will close the ballroom doors to transform your Ceremony to Reception. We have a full hour to flip the room and we bring in a big team to get it done in 45 minutes. See our blog post about a real NOOR wedding where unexpected rain arrived.
Questions to Ask Wedding Venues #15
Can you accommodate special diets?
Yes, please let your Event Manager know by your Final Meeting which is 14 days prior to your wedding, so our kitchen and team can prepare. We have menu options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy-free, halal and kosher.
Questions to Ask Wedding Venues #16
Are there any decor restrictions?
The use of glitter, confetti, seeds, streamers, pearls, bubbles, beaded necklaces and any round/hard objects are strictly prohibited at NOOR for the purpose of decoration. For the safety of your guests, use of rose petals or rice within the venue are not allowed. Absolutely nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings. The use of tape, wire, staples, nails, tacks, glue, and similar damaging items are strictly prohibited from use on all surfaces at NOOR. Gaffer tape is approved for concealing and securing cables on the floors at NOOR.
Questions to Ask Wedding Venues #17
Does NOOR have a partnership with nearby hotels?
We have five hotels in walking distance, from one block to four blocks away: Sheraton, Hilton, Courtyard Marriott, Marriott Residence Inn and Westin. Our wedding couples can mention they are getting married at NOOR so they will receive a group rate when blocking off rooms.
Questions to Ask Wedding Venues #18
What parking options are there?
NOOR offers three great parking options:
- Your guests can park on Marengo in the five level parking structure and walk over the bridge and they are right at NOOR. Parking here is $9.00 per car, but NOOR validates everyone’s parking ticket as they leave, so parking becomes $6.00 per car.
- You can let us know how many validation tickets you need (one per car) and we purchase them through the Paseo two weeks in advance, so as your guests are leaving, your Coordinator passes out the validation tickets so none of your guests have to pay for parking. The pre-paid validation tickets are $8.00 per car. When leaving the garage your guest will first put in the ticket they received when parking followed by their validated ticket if you purchased $8.00 validation tickets. I suggest dividing your guest list in half as some guests will come in a group with their family, other with Uber and some will walk from the nearest hotel, the Sheraton, which is one block away.
- You can host valet for your guests which is $800 for the first fifty (50) cars and $15.00 per additional car.
